Clone LELO_GR07_SKY130A

To install, do the following

python3 -m pip install cicconf
git clone --recursive https://github.com/analogicus/lelo_gr07_sky130a lelo_gr07_sky130a
cicconf --rundir ./ --config lelo_gr07_sky130a/config.yaml clone --https
